SalesSense Makes Sense at Punchestown

Award winning Irish company SalesSense International is the latest high profile firm to enter the sponsorship stage ahead of the 2018 Punchestown Festival.

The €25,000 SalesSense International Novice Hurdle will be the penultimate contest on Ladies Day, Friday 27th April and will launch the three year sponsorship arrangement. Champion trainer Willie Mullins will be seeking a fifth success in the last six runnings of this two mile winners race with stable stars Un de Sceaux and Arctic Fire featuring among the roll of honour.

SalesSense is an industry leading outsource sales and customer service specialist with an impressive client list including Vodafone, Bord Gais, mytaxi, INM and eLight. Launched in 2006, the Galway firm has since expanded to include a 200 seat customer engagement centre in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

On the announcement, SalesSense founder and CEO Ger Teahon commented:

“The core values of SalesSense are teamwork, inspiring and excellence and what has always drawn us to Punchestown over the years is that we feel those values are shared by the team there. We consider the Punchestown Festival a great opportunity to thank our customers for their support, network with new and potential clients and reward our employees with a super day out. Stepping up our involvement to sponsorship level was the natural progression and we are very much looking forward to this year’s event”.

Janet Creighton, Punchestown Sponsorship Manager welcomed the SalesSense news:

“SalesSense have been wonderful supporters of Punchestown over the years as hospitality clients so when the opportunity arose to get involved with a commercial sponsorship we knew a dynamic and progressive company like SalesSense would be the ideal fit. Client experience and customer service delivery are two key areas of focus for both SalesSense and Punchestown. We very much look forward to working with Ger Teahon and his team over this three year sponsorship and beyond”.

The 2018 Punchestown Festival runs from Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th April. For full event information please visit www.punchestown.com , call +353 (0)45 897704 or follow Punchestown on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
