Festival Shopping Village
Attention Shoppers!
Retail therapy is a key part of the Punchestown Festival experience. The Festival Shopping Village is home to around 60 stands that offer a wonderful mix of products and services. So from kids clothing to jewellery, fine art to garden furniture, homewares underwear, outerwear and everything in between the Festival Shopping Village has it! Festival goers have ample time to wander through the village and make some purchases as gates open two hours before the first race.

The Punchestown Irish National Hunt Festival is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to a wide and varied audience. The 5 day Festival attracts around 100,000 people each year ranging from high end corporate guests, social and sporting clubs, overseas visitors, glamorous followers of fashion, families and day trippers. At Punchestown the shopper is as varied as the shopping itself. As part of the Punchestown 2010 campaign we are adding value across the board of products and services on offer at the Irish National Hunt Festival and this extends to the Shopping Village clients.
Trade stands are homed in a tented village and vary in size but are based on a combination of either a three metre or six metre frontage and depth. The success of the Shopping Village has led to a majority of stands being occupied by repeat business. However, in an effort to improve and enhance the festival shopping experience we try to introduce a limited number of new traders each year.
In 2010 Punchestown will implement a strict pre-pay policy for traders:
• Trade stand locations will be booked on a first come first served basis.
• Stand locations will be reserved on receipt of a completed application form and 20% booking deposit.
• Confirmation of location will be confirmed on receipt of full payment by 12th March 2010.
• Cancellations must be made by 15th January 2010 after which the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
